Directions

Spray 5-10 times directly onto skin, avoiding sensitive areas. Gently massage the oil into the skin and leave for at least 20 minutes, then rinse off any excess if desired. Skin should always be clean before use, ideally apply after a shower or bath when skin is warm and pores are open. Reapply as needed. It is quite normal to experience a tingle sensation after using magnesium oil. This will normally be alleviated when you achieve optimal magnesium levels. If you find this uncomfortable, consider using our sensitive skin formula.
